Saad Altaf: “I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion”. This anonymous quote is probably what describes me best. I always struggle to offer much when I’m around people unknown, or even around those whom I feel comfortable with. That is possibly why I’m not that good a company, or a good public speaker, and certainly my comments do not interest many ears. I think clear, but I voice my thoughts with many distortions. My life seems to shift gears, when a slight failure can blow me away into a pit of pessimism, or when some good luck gets me going to think positive about life. But nothing stops me from being a passionate day-dreamer, always dreaming about a perfect life or at least one that is better than the present. I’m afraid to love and I certainly don’t love to be afraid. My intentions are honest and so are my tries. I’m a person who prefers to go up by the stairs, but always takes the lift. Some think I’m pretty down-to-earth and others say I’m a bloody show-off; I think they are both right. I’m a proud insect, who is living his own life, who only knows how to crawl; who works hard and wonders what is it like to be ‘big’.
